<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed power system which attain association between a power system and a distributed power system, by preventing the reverse power flow due to sharp demand fluctuation or output fluctuation of the distributed power source and besides without hindering the single operation preventing function of the distributed power source. <P>SOLUTION: This distributed power system utilizing a distributed power unit 1 has a distributed power interconnecting device 4 which interconnects the distributed power unit 1 with a power network 3.
