PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrypt encrypted byte streams with dynamically changing decoding keys, without causing delays of processing at points, where the key used is changed. SOLUTION: When receiving encrypted data that are input as byte streams, a receiving part identifies a data range to be decrypted by using the same key as a decryption unit, and extracts information, such as nons, necessary to decrypt from byte streams to transmit this type of information to a decryption part as an encrypted data set, added with some pieces of encrypted data. The decryption part queues the encrypted data set, while distributedly storing on a memory, as it is, and then sequentially decrypts it to deliver the decrypted plain data to the post-stage processing part.
