PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sorting device sorting images classified by a predetermined unit on a list screen displaying the images in a list, according to an order desired by a user. SOLUTION: According to a sorting instruction with a predetermined sorting order based on a supplementary information, a first sorting portion 14 classifies and sorts images in predetermined units (for example, units of a photographing day), based on the predetermined sorting order. According to a sorting instruction independent of the predetermined sort order, a second sorting portion 15 sorts the image classified for each unit.
