PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum brake at a low cost by easily manufacturing brake shoe holding members. SOLUTION: Shoe web parts 13b, 14b of a first brake shoe 13 and a second brake shoe 14 are integrally formed, and the shoe web parts 13b, 14b are formed with engaging holes 31 opened to the inner peripheral side. Since holding protrusion parts 15a are inserted in the engaging holes 31, the first brake shoe 13 and second brake shoe 14 can be held in a relatively movable manner in a plane direction to a backing plate 12. The shoe web parts 13b, 14b are provided with the engaging holes 31 for supporting the brake shoe holding members 15, and the brake shoe holding members 15 are provided with the holding protrusion parts 15a to be fitted into the engaging holes 31.
