PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured refilling pouch for preventing the closure of the discharge opening in taking out a content and for easily refilling the content into another container such as a plastic bottle or a glass bottle. SOLUTION: This relates to a refilling pouch 10 formed by bag making a base film made of a soft packaging material such as a resin film for forming a nozzle part 16 for taking out a content to diagonally and upwardly protrude at the corner of a body part 11. The base part 16b of the nozzle part 16 has a ridgeline guiding part 17 so that a ridgeline 20 is guided by the center line C of the nozzle part 16 in forming the ridgeline 20 on the surface of the film after the content is filled.
