PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic shock-absorber capable of individually setting magnitude of damping force at rolling and pitching. SOLUTION: A first intermediate unit 21 is connected to a lower oil chamber 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber 2 for a left side front wheel and to a lower oil chamber 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber 5 for a right side rear wheel. A second intermediate unit 22 is connected to a lower oil chamber 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber 3 for a right side front wheel and to a lower oil chamber 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber 4 for a left side rear wheel. The intermediate units 21, 22 have first and second oil chambers 26, 27 communicated with the lower oil chambers 9, 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber and a restriction 73 for communicating these oil chambers. The lower oil chamber 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber 2 for the left side front wheel and the lower oil chamber of the hydraulic shock-absorber 4 for the left side rear wheel are communicated with each other by a first operation oil passage 36 having a first restriction member 23. The lower oil chamber 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber 3 for the right side front wheel and the lower oil chamber 9 of the hydraulic shock-absorber 5 for the right side rear wheel are communicated with each other by a second operation oil passage 38 having a second restriction member 24.
