PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding system to a flying object feeding from a power transmission device fixed and installed on the ground to the flying object, the power transmission device to the flying object used for the feeding system, and the flying object. SOLUTION: The power transmission device fixed and installed on the ground, radiates microwaves so as to form a high energy area having the high energy density of the microwave in an energy refilling area installed in a space, and transmits a flying instruction guiding the flying object to the energy refilling area toward the flying object. The flying object transmits a pilot signal to the power transmission device fixed and installed on the ground. The power transmission device radiates the microwave toward the flying object by tracking the flying element, while a radiating direction of the microwave is adjusted in a coming direction of the pilot signal.
