PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of informing an inspector of the detected result of lesion, therby supporting diagnosis. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises: a transmission/reception part 11 for transmitting ultrasonic waves to a subject and receiving the echo signals; a signal processing part 12 for subjecting the echo signals to signal processing; a diagnostic image data generation part 13 for converting the echo signals which is subjected to the signal processing to diagnostic image data; a diagnostic image data storage part 14 for storing the diagnostic image data; a reference image data storage part 21 for storing reference image data; a feature detection part 22 for detecting the feature part of images from the reference image data; a feature collation part 3 for collating diagnostic images based on the diagnostic image data and the feature detected by the feature detection part; a display part 5 for displaying the diagnostic images and reference images; and a collation reporting part 4 for reporting the collated result of the feature collation part.
