<p>An optical information recording medium comprising a substrate, a recording layer, a protective layer containing a sulfur atom, an intermediate layer in contact with the protective layer and a reflective layer containing silver in an amount of at least 70 atomic % in contact with the intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer comprises at least one selected from a metal oxide, a metal nitride, a metal carbide, a semiconductor oxide, a semiconductor nitride, a semiconductor carbide and carbon, which have less reactivity to silver and sulfur.</p> |
