<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless belt for electrophotography which does not generate transfer irregularity and has excellent durability. <P>SOLUTION: Problems are solved by driving an extension rod moving at predetermined speed while heating a preform molded from thermoplastic resin compound (a) in a metal mold by a motor, making gas flow in the preform with predetermined pressure simultaneously as elapse of predetermined time from the start of movement of the extension rod and making time until pressure of the gas when the preform is swelled in the metal mold reach the maximum set pressure from the start of inflow as 0.5 seconds or more when the preform is extended using the extension rod. Preferably, recyclables by crushing a mouth side part (b) and the bottom side part (c) of a cut bottle which is a by-product are used at a part of the thermoplastic resin compound (a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
