<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and accurately perform at least reading of cargo information even if a conveyance speed of a cargo is relatively high to stabilize communication. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 7 moves a conveyor belt 11 and a conveyor belt 27 at prescribed speeds nearly equal to each other, so that the cargo A loaded on the conveyor belt 11 and a tag data reader 4 held by the conveyor belt 27 move at equal speeds.
