<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substitutively input a supposed input value indicating a supposed state by supposing an actual state of a control object on the basis of inside control information of one's own and other ECUs when determining that a feedback system is abnormal. <P>SOLUTION: Door lock position signal input terminals LSW1 to LSW5 determine whether or not to be a grounding voltage level indicating a door lock (Step S103).
