PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify a spot where an abnormality occurs even if an intra-vehicle network system to be diagnosed includes a plurality of in-vehicle electronic control units which do not perform data communication with one another. SOLUTION: A communication diagnosis section 13 specifies ECUs connected as nodes of an intra-vehicle network system 100 diagnosed based on network information stored in a network information storage section 12, and performs communication diagnoses for these ECUs. Furthermore, a self-diagnosis result reading section 14 reads out a self-diagnosis result obtained by performing self-diagnosis upon the state of communication with the other ECU in each of ECUs connected as nodes of the intra-vehicle network system 100. An abnormality analysis section 15 then totally analyzes results of the communication diagnoses and self-diagnosis results of the ECUs and specifies a spot where an abnormality occurs, in the intra-vehicle network system 100 and the spot where abnormality occurs, is displayed on a display section 16 in an identifiable form.
