PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a scrap from staying on a shooter and consistently discharge them. SOLUTION: In the case of making a hole in a work W by a pierce punch 1 and a die 3, a recessed part 1a is formed in the edge surface of the pierce punch 1, which is opposite to the work W, and a scrap working punch 7 is set in the die 3 side, which works a scrap S, produced at the time of making the hole, into a cup-shape between the recessed part 1a and the punch 7.
