PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the internal pressure regulating device of an endoscope in which a check valve does not turn into an open condition against the grain when the endoscope is disinfected by liquid medicine dipping without employing a valve open adapter, etc. SOLUTION: In the internal pressure regulating device of the endoscope in which an adapter receiving tube 11 for mounting the valve open adapter 50 and a valve body 15 movably arranged in an axis direction within the adapter receiving tube 11 are arranged in the check valve 10, a valve running gear 15a, in which the valve open adapter 50 is engaged when the valve open adapter 50 is attached to the adapter receiving tube 11, is formed in the tip portion of the valve body 15, and if the valve body 15 is rotated around an axis by the valve open adapter 50, the check valve 10 turns into the open conditions by it, the tip 15b of the valve body 15 tip is arranged in a position standing back from the tip mouth aspect 11a of the adapter receiving tube 11 to the inside of the adapter receiving tube 11.
