A jig for mounting a door hinge of a vehicle is provided to locate and support the door hinge at an accurate position of the vehicle body by clamping the door hinge in the process of mounting the door hinge to the vehicle body. A jig for mounting a door hinge of a vehicle comprises a fixing base(1), a clamp unit(5), a side slide unit, a front and rear movement unit, an upper and lower direction regulation unit, and a side movement absorption unit. The fixing base is located on a side of the vehicle body. The clamp unit clamps the door hinge. The side slide unit linearly slides the clamp unit with respect to the fixing base. The front and rear movement unit supports the clamp unit so that the clamp unit can be moved to the front and rear sides of the body. The upper and lower direction regulation unit supports the clamp unit so that the clamp unit can be moved to the upper and lower sides of the body with respect to the fixing base. The side movement absorption unit absorbs the body side movement of the clamp unit. |
