ELECTROCHEMICAL DETERMINATION SYSTEM OF GLYCATED PROTEINS

An electrochemical determination system of glycated proteins is provided to cheaply and precisely detect the glycated proteins by simplifying the constitution and manufacturing method of a sensor, produce a large quantity of sensors without immunoglobulin, and increase storage stability of sensors during circulation. The electrochemical determination system of glycated proteins comprises: a tool for filtering a marker compounds bound to the glycated proteins and unglycated proteins from the solution wherein glycated proteins and unglycated proteins are coexisted and the marker compounds capable of selectively binding to the glycated proteins is added to the solution; and a tool for quantifying the filtered marker compounds which do not bind to the glycated proteins, wherein the amount of filtered marker compounds is determined by measuring absorbance, fluorescence, phosphorescence or chemical luminescence; and the marker compound is ferrocene derivative, anthraquinone, quinone and its derivative or organic conductive salt.
