The device has an antenna that radiates electromagnetic field towards the receiving plate of a cellular apparatus which also receives cellular transmission. The electromagnetic field is VHF-modulated, and is sent from an electromagnetic field generator and oscillator through a coaxial cable. The device also includes a patch clamp, and a micro-tube base formed with a liquid solution path. The micro-tube base has an inner negative electrode in contact with a cellular membrane, and a positive electrode in contact with an extra-cellular liquid. The micro-tube base is connected to a preamplifier, an amplifier connected to a graphical recorder, an analyzer, and an inverse microscope with micromanipulators.
