<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify burner peripheral devices and piping, and to directly monitor main diffused flames. <P>SOLUTION: This combustion device comprises a flame forming unit 1 composed of a primary air nozzle 7 having a nozzle hole 3 at its tip and a fuel nozzle 8 received in the primary air nozzle 7, and having a radial primary flame nozzle hole 12 and an axial main flame nozzle hole 13 on a tip of the fuel nozzle 8, a spark plug 16 mounted near the primary flame nozzle hole 12, and further a flame detector 17 mounted at a rear end of the fuel nozzle 8 for detecting primary flame f1 formed by the primary flame nozzle hole 12, main flame f2 formed by the main flame nozzle hole 13 and main diffused flame f3 continued to the main flame. Further a pair of high-temperature air supply units 2a, 2b having heat accumulators 6a, 6b inside and high-temperature air nozzle holes 4a, 4b on their tips are mounted. The nozzle hole 3 of the flame forming unit 1 is formed near the high-temperature air nozzle holes 4a, 4b of the high-temperature air supply units 2a, 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
