<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector corresponding to the trend of narrowing a pitch between electrode terminals, a stepped mounting-structure, and a connector manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The connector 58 electrically connects a terminal provided to the upper part of a stepped part with a terminal provided to the lower part of the stepped part. The connector 58 is provided with a base member 18 made of silicon, a first electrode 38 made of a conductive material and embedded into a groove provided on a first face 18c of the base member 18, a second electrode 40 made of a conductive material and embedded into a groove provided on a second face 18b facing the first face 18c of the base member 18, and a wiring 28 provided on a third face 18e vertical to the first/second faces 18c, 18b of the base member 18 and electrically connecting the first/second electrodes 38, 40 with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
