<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a printed matter created according to a print command secret more certainly for persons other than the commanded person. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprising a printing means, a user's operating means, and a communication means with a terminal is further provided with a job registering section 103 receiving a command for performing print processing given by a user through the operating means or through operation of the terminal, an IC card reader/writer 1RW for reading a user ID from a user card 5, and a job practice control section 104 for controlling a print unit such that practice of print processing concerning a cipher print command is suspended if print processing concerning other command provided by a user other than the user who provided that cipher print command through operation on an operation panel is under practice, otherwise controlling the print unit to start print processing when the cipher print command is received at the job registering section 103 and user ID of the user who gave the cipher print command is read out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
