<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To re-circulate desired high temperature EGR gas to an intake passage side of an engine without reducing cooling capacity of an EGR cooler and enlarging opening section area of a bypass pipe 9. <P>SOLUTION: In an EGR gas cooler module 3, an outlet side opening end 52 of a bypass pipe 9 is extended to a vicinity of a valve to arrange the outlet side opening end 52 of the bypass pipe 9 inserted in a housing 5 of a change over valve device in the vicinity of the valve in a housing 5. Consequently heat of high temperature EGR gas introduced to a second exhaust gas flow passage 22 from the bypass pipe 9 is not conducted easily to a first exhaust gas flow passage side. Since heat of high temperature EGR gas introduced to the second exhaust gas flow passage 22 from the bypass pipe 9 is not easily released to the first exhaust gas floe passage side, heat radiation of high temperature EGR gas to the EGR gas cooler side can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
