<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing aseptic packaged boiled rice which can be distributed at normal temperature and is eatable only by heating with a microwave oven, requiring no big clean room, facilitating bacterial control management and enabling obtaining traditional boiled rice deliciousness. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the aseptic packaged boiled rice comprises holding washed rice 21 together with boiling water 22 in a portion package 10 which serves also as a boiling container and can be induction heated, and performing boiling so as to boil up boiled rice 20 through induction heating the washed rice 21 and the boiling water 22 with joule heat produced by generating eddy current with a high-frequency magnetic field generated from an electromagnetic induction coil provided by an induction heating apparatus 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
