<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display substrate capable of improving light reflectance of a reflective electrode to reduce afterimage formation. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display panel includes a base substrate 110, a thin film transistor 120 formed on the substrate 110, a protective layer 130 formed on the base substrate 110 to cover the thin film transistor 120, a plurality of reflective patterns 150 formed in a reflective area on the protective layer 130, and a transparent electrode and a reflective electrode layer 170 formed on the reflective patterns 150. The reflective patterns are formed by layer transition of two polymer films formed on the protective layer 130 and having different polarities. The display substrate has superior light transmissivity in the reflective area and can reduce afterimages of a liquid crystal display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
