<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fixed carrier for wiring board capable of shortening manufacturing time. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a plurality of adhesive regions 10 on a heat resistant base member 1 for detachably holding a flexible wiring board on which a cream solder is screen-printed. Each adhesive region 10 comprises a plurality of silicone-based bonding layers pattern-formed on the base member 1 and a plurality of silicone-based adhesive layers laminated and bonded onto each bonding layer. The plurality of the adhesive layers are formed by pattern-cutting sheets laminated on the base member 1 in response to the pattern of each bonding layer with a cutting plotter and removing by peeling a portion other than a sheet laminate part laminated on each bonding layer. The sheet is processed by a more inexpensive cutting plotter or the like than NC machine tools to form the adhesive layer so that there is no need of expensive plates and blanking exclusive metal molds for cost reduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
