<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diode element device for solar cell which is easily and simply attached and is improved in heat radiation property. <P>SOLUTION: A diode element device comprises a diode element 1 configured by mounting a chip diode 3 comprising electrodes 6, 7 on lower and upper surfaces of a bare chip 5 comprised of a p-layer and an n-layer inside a tubular bottomed electrode body 2 and by forming a package 4 by filling the tubular electrode 2 with resin, and a terminal plate 11 provided with a circular hole 12 for mounting the electrode body 2 of the diode element 1.
