PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire a rim assembling property of which is improved while restraining vulcanizing failure on a bead heel part and its vulcanizing die. SOLUTION: A wall surface of the heal part 2a of a bead part 2 is chamfered and a large number of irregularities extending in the tire peripheral direction are formed on this wall surface on the pneumatic tire 1, and the vulcanizing die 15 is used to mold this pneumatic tire 1.
