PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and efforts for image edit processing necessary to create attractive album images. SOLUTION: The color comparison differences between representative values and target colors are calculated for still images, and then it is determined whether the color comparison differences lie within a prespecified criteria range. If the rate of still images, the color comparison differences of which are within the criteria range, is 60% or larger, processings for correcting color tones are selected as image editing method. If, however, the difference is smaller than 60%, grouping processing is performed as an image editing method. After processings for correcting color tones or grouping processing are performed for still images, since the still images are composited with template images, attractive album images can be created.
