PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small-sized electronic equipment such as a one-chip radio of which an entire size is compact and which can be manufactured inexpensively while handling operation of an external access means such as battery exchange, switch and tuning button with a tip of the finger and further ensuring operability to prevent erroneous operation. SOLUTION: The small-sized electronic equipment is comprised of at least a chassis, a power source and circuit board including a single or multiple batteries housed in the chassis, an ASIC and peripheral circuit packaged on said circuit board, and an external access means including a push-button switch, a switch and a plug holder, wherein the external access means is packaged within an outer surface of the chassis.
