PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call system, a communication terminal device, a telephone call service method, a telephone call service support method, and a program which are capable of lightening a load of an input operation imposed on a user without charging a telephone rate to the user and preventing user's personal information from leaking out from a communication partner. SOLUTION: When an intake section 1b takes in URL of a callback device 2 and communication information indicating the telephone number of a dealer's terminal device 3 from a QR code 6, a control section 1g reads out the telephone number of a user's terminal device 1 from a storage section 1a, and the telephone numbers of the user's terminal device 1 and the dealer's terminal device 3 are transmitted from a communication section 1e to the callback device 2. The connection section 2b of the callback device 2 calls up the telephone numbers of the user's terminal device 1 and the dealer's terminal device 3 to connect them together.
