PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To popularize an electronic calculator capable of performing proof by making manufacturing cost low by simplifying structure in consideration of a point that there is an electronic calculator, in a conventional technology, having two liquid crystal screens for preventing previous calculation results from being erased from a liquid crystal screen, however, it is not attained nor popularized since the structure is complicated, and a manufacturing cost is expensive. SOLUTION: In the popular electronic calculator capable of performing proof for solving the problem, a liquid crystal screen 2 is added in addition to a liquid crystal screen 1 for displaying a calculation result. The liquid crystal screen 2 is characterized in that it does not have wiring with keys for an input and has only a copy function used in a personal computer, etc. By such a structure, the proof is performed without erasing the previous calculation results by copying the calculation results from the liquid crystal screen 1 to the liquid crystal screen 2. In addition, the structure is simplified, the manufacturing cost is made low and the calculator is easy to be popularized by providing the liquid crystal screen 2 only with the copy function.
