PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus taking a countermeasure against roller marks (gloss irregularity of vertical stripes). SOLUTION: Roller marks have a tendency to deteriorate if nips of a plurality of pairs of rollers are arranged in almost the same positions in a lengthwise direction when a paper is conveyed after fixing. Therefore, nip positions in the lengthwise direction of all pairs of paper discharge rollers are shifted to reduce roller marks. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
