PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic balancer machine capable of surely extracting only a reference position detecting signal to be targeted and acquiring an exact rotational reference signal, even in the case that a hole, a projection or the like which is other than a hole, a projection or the like being an object of the reference position and is necessary because of its structure, exists on the periphery or the like of a test object, or a member which is necessary because of the structure of an apparatus for rotating the test object, is proximate to the hole, the projection or the like being the object of the reference position. SOLUTION: An output of a sensor 4 for detecting the reference position of the test object W is introduced into a wavelet transformation circuit 62a, and a mother wavelet corresponding to a detection signal component T of the reference position to be targeted is previously set in the wavelet transformation circuit 62a, thereby surely extracting only the detection signal component T of the reference position even in the case a signal component N which reacts to the hole or the projection other than the hole or the projection of the reference position, exists in the output of the sensor 4. After above extraction, the signal is introduced into a comparator 62b and compared with a threshold, thereby obtaining a pulse-shaped rotational reference signal being synchronized with the detection signal component T of the reference position.
