PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device capable of efficiently transferring heat to a heated object when a gas is produced by heating a liquid, or when a gas of high temperature is produced by heating a gas. SOLUTION: This fluid heating device 1 has heaters 16a, 16b, 16c for heating a first fluid passage 13, a second fluid passage 14 and a third fluid passage 15, and further porous vaporization elements 17 are mounted on the first fluid passage 13 and the third fluid passage 15, thus the heat from the heaters 16a, 16b, 16c is transferred to the fluid passing through the fluid passages 13, 15 in a state of acquiring a large heat transfer area.
