PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a protamine-containing cosmetic having an antimicrobial effect over a long period, especially a detergent or soap for washing the bodies. SOLUTION: This detergent/soap little deteriorating the antimicrobial property with the passage of time is characterized by containing protamine not in a free form but in a salt.
