PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking utensil capable of easily separating the yolk and albumen of a raw egg in a short period of time. SOLUTION: A compact Chinese-wok-shaped container 1, in which one raw egg can be stored, has a handle 2 on one side and a hook 3 on the other side. The stability of the container 1 is retained, and a recess 4 is formed at the center of the container for holding about the half of the egg. In addition, a few holes 5 to discharge the albumen are formed around the recess 4 for storing the yolk, so that the albumen is discharged from the holes 5 to the outside with the yolk remaining in the container 1. The container 1 also has an outlet 6 for taking out the yolk. The cooking utensil is characterized by the capability of separating the yolk and the albumen in this way. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
