PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proofing pallet which can protect an upper frame 11 and a lower frame 12 thereof from rusting while reducing material costs, and can prevent vibration-proofing elements 13 from being damaged. SOLUTION: The vibration-proofing pallet 10 is formed of the upper frame 11 on which cargo is mounted, the lower frame 12 arranged under the upper frame 11 across a predetermined gap 20, and the vibration-proofing elements 13 arranged between the upper and lower frames 11, 12. Then a lifting fork is inserted into the gap 20. Further the lower surface of the upper frame 11 and the upper surface of the lower frame 12 are at least partly covered with protective members 22.
