REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE FOR BATTERY STORAGE CASE FOR VEHICLE, REINFORCEMENT PANEL BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a battery storage case for a vehicle capable of efficiently and rationally reinforcing the battery storage case and absorbing expansion of the battery well, a reinforcement panel body used for the reinforcement structure and a method for manufacturing the reinforcement panel body. SOLUTION: A plurality of batteries are arranged in one direction in the battery storage case 10 in the state that they are left with a predetermined gap. The reinforcement panel body 40 is installed in the gap between the adjacent batteries 30 in the state that both ends are made approaching or abutted on inner surfaces of opposed side walls 16 of the battery storage case. The reinforcement panel body 41 is provided with a panel structure body 41 of high rigidity; and a foaming layer 50 for covering both surfaces opposed to at least the battery 30 of the panel structure body 41 and having elasticity and insulation property.
