PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate which can be stored in a warehouse or the like without causing deformation such as a warp or the like, therefore causes no problem such as difficult construction, generation of a trouble after construction and the like, and has a stainless plate laminated on the surface. SOLUTION: The decorative plate P comprises laminating a stainless plate 1 on a surface of a core material layer 2 composed of an inorganic core material, an inorganic filler and a thermosetting resin, wherein a protective layer 3 composed of a moisture-proof material is laminated on a reverse surface of the core material layer 2, and the protective layer 3 is removed in case of construction.
