PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement in which interference of a ground-leveling apparatus to a levee and inclined road surface is avoided and a ground-leveling apparatus 51 is protected even when a machine body 15 is largely inclined to the longitudinal direction when the implement gets over levee or when the implement gets out of a field. SOLUTION: In the agricultural implement, a ground-leveling apparatus-lifting or lowering cylinder 102 for lifting or lowering a ground-leveling apparatus 51 is installed and a controlling part 100 reads output of a gradient sensor 95 and determines angle of obliquity in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body 15 by the minute. Then, when the angle of obliquity exceeds a predetermined value, the ground-leveling apparatus 51 is raised to non-operation position by operating the ground-leveling apparatus-lifting or lowering cylinder 102 independently from set state of an operation lever 85 without discriminating up in front or down in front.
