Interior and exterior materials for an automobile are provided to have a light weight, a strong hardness, and an excellent shock-absorbing function in case of a collision accident by coupling a polypropylene web and a chop mat by polyurethane. In interior and exterior materials for an automobile, a polypropylene web(2) is hardened in a form of being tangled on a curved forming conveyer surface. A plurality of chop mats(4,6) is formed by thinly spreading a material mixed with a short glass fiber and a regular adhesive and passing the material through a pressing roller. The polypropylene web and the chop mat are fed in a lower mold. A polyurethane layer(8) is foamed by injecting polyurethane through a space between the polypropylene web and the chop mat to be thermal pressurized. The polyurethane is inserted before closing an upper mold or is performed by injecting the polyurethane through an injection hole after closing the upper mold.
