<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system capable of identifying respective treatment routes inside a patient body and the connection between the treatment routes and a treatment apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This method identifies the position of at least one single treatment route out of a group consisting of a plurality of treatment routes, and this system performs a radiotherapy for a preselected anatomical part of an animal body. This identification method is characterized in having a process of selecting at least one of the plurality of treatment routes, a process of reconstructing an actual position of the selected treatment route to the animal body, and a process of comparing the reconstructed position with the plurality of advancely planned positions. This system is characterized in having an identification means which identifies the position of at least the single treatment route out of the group of the plurality of insertion treatment routes and compares the identified position with one or more advancely planned positions in the treatment plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
