<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection fence joint structure and a fixing structure. <P>SOLUTION: In this protection fence joint structure constituted by joining a support column 1 having a bracket 2, an inner sleeve 19, and a beam 3 mutually, joint holes of the bracket 2 of the support column 1, the beam 3, and the inner sleeve 19 are concentrically arranged, and joint holes of the beam 3 at a position adjacent to the bracket 1 and the inner sleeve 19 are concentrically arranged. A joint fitting for fixing by utilizing each joint hole is provided with a washer 14 with a tongue piece, a rotation preventing washer 8, and a bolt 4. The washer 14 with the tongue piece has a plurality of washer supporting parts 15 and has joint holes in each washer supporting part 15. Each joint hole is arranged to position in a first joint hole and a second joint hole of the beam 3 and is provided with a foldable tongue piece 18 in the washer supporting part 15, and a stopper 29 is formed by folding the tongue piece 18. The rotation preventing washer 8 is provided with a folding piece engaging with a bolt head part 5 to regulate its rotation and an arm engaging with the stopper.
