<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for acquiring information related to a user, e.g., information on user (user information), information on use place, use application, etc., at use timing of a portable terminal also having an IC card function, for determining a preference of the user from, e.g., preference information and use history information of the user preset by the user on the basis of the acquired information, and for distributing each item of information matched or almost matched to the preference obtained by the determination to the portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An information distribution service system composed of a portable terminal; a reading device reading the information from the portable terminal; and a center server enabling service desired by the user of the portable terminal on the basis of the information read through the reading device, determines whether or not the user of the portable terminal desires distribution service of a variety of items of registered information in accordance with solid identification information of the portable terminal, and transmits registered data matching with the preference information on the portable terminal side to the portable terminal from a server side via a communication network if the user desired the distribution service. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
