<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile two contradictory demands for personal information protection and personal information utilization in consideration of the stage of relationship development in an electronic information center construction method designed for customer relationship management, in a situation where personal information is subject to a continuous risk of information leakage with growing networks and increasing various illegal techniques. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic information center construction method continuously changes the identification of and method of identifying customers or prospective customers and the structure of and method of structuring information in personal information computerization, in accordance with stages of relationship with the customers or prospective customers, to implement individual serving even in an anonymous state requiring no personal information; and can manage and operate individually provided services while holding the identity of each customer or prospective customer as the stage shifts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
