<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for procuring the information required for a receiver, taking into consideration the conditions on the receiver side of the information of a facsimile. <P>SOLUTION: A device 1 for processing the facsimile information has a receiving-content analyzing means 11 for analyzing request information transmitted from the facsimile 2, and extracting data related to a request; and a data recording means 12 for recording data related to a request item. The device 1 further has a registering means 13 for registering data, related to the request item to the data recording means 12, and a selecting means 14 for collating data, extracted by the receiving-content analyzing means 11 with data recorded to the data recording means 12 and selecting data for transmission. The device 1 further has a result processing means 15 for transmitting data selected by the selection means 14 to the facsimile transmitting the request information. The means for procuring the information in consideration with conditions is constructed of the device 1 for processing the facsimile information and the facsimile 2 for a user connected to the device 1 for processing the facsimile information through a telephone line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
