摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for emission color-converting members, causing no phosphor properties deterioration under baking despite containing low heat-resistant phosphor. <P>SOLUTION: The material is such as to be intended for making emission color-converting members that emit fluorescence in the visible light region of 380-780 nm on being irradiated with rays having emission peaks in the range of wavelengths 250-500 nm.
