<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for emission color-converting members, causing no phosphor properties deterioration under baking despite containing low heat-resistant phosphor. <P>SOLUTION: The material is such as to be intended for making emission color-converting members that emit fluorescence in the visible light region of 380-780 nm on being irradiated with rays having emission peaks in the range of wavelengths 250-500 nm. This material comprises SiO<SB>2</SB>-B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-RO( RO is at least one selected from MgO, CaO, SrO and BaO )-based glass powder and at least one inorganic phosphor powder selected from of sulfide, oxysulfide, halide and aluminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
