<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device superior in durability by excellently and efficiently performing NOx reduction and particulate combustion. <P>SOLUTION: A urea SCR catalyst system 2 and electric heater regenerative particulate filter systems 3a and 3b are arranged toward the downstream side from the upstream side in the exhaust gas flowing direction in a midway part of an exhaust pipe 1 from a diesel engine. The urea SCR catalyst system 2 has an oxidation catalyst 4 on the upstream side in the exhaust gas flowing direction, and has a selective reduction type catalyst 5 on the downstream side. The electric heater regenerative particulate filter systems 3a and 3b have heat shielding materials 6a and 6b, electric heaters 7a and 7b, wall-through particulate filters 8a and 8b of a porous honeycomb structure and oxidation catalysts 9a and 9b toward the downstream side from the upstream side in the exhaust gas flowing direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
