<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an entry and exit controlling device capable of regulating the exit from a control division for an unauthorized user and improving security efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An administration control section 1 is connected with an entry card reader 2, a exit card reader 3, an electric lock 4 and a camera 5 as a biological information obtaining device. Authentication comparison data used for the entry and exit administration is registered, and the authentication of a user can be made. The administration control section 1 is in a system warning state when an abnormality occurs in the control division, and it is notified to an administrator. The entry card reader 2 and the exit card reader 3 read an ID card 6, and ID information is output to the administration control section 1.
