<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card compatible with various user authentications for which the plurality of user authentications are combined. <P>SOLUTION: A Verify command 120 provided in the IC card 1 has three different user authentication functions of PIN authentication, fingerprint authentication and voiceprint authentication. The composite user authentication module 11 of the IC card 1 is a module for managing composite user authentication for authenticating a user by combining the user authentication functions that the Verify command 120 has. The procedure of the composite user authentication, the user authentication to be performed and the order of performance of the user authentication for instance, is described in authentication management information 112.
